Director of Marketing and Enrollment

The Catholic Schools of NE Iowa (St. Patrick Catholic School, Waukon, St. Benedict Catholic School, Decorah, Notre Dame Catholic School, Cresco, Trinity Catholic School, Protivin, and St. Teresa Catholic School, Ossian/Spillville) are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing and Enrollment to join our team. This role is integral to promoting our Catholic mission and supporting enrollment efforts for our schools, serving students from birth through 8th grade. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for Catholic education with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and vitality of our schools.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic supporter of Catholic faith and schools.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience; prior related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency in software applications, publication tools, and general computer literacy.
  • Experience in social media management and website development.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and cooperative with a demonstrated aptitude for assigned responsibilities.

HOURS: This is a 40-hour per week, full-time, hourly exempt, year-round position. 

LOCATION: The location for this role is flexible, and remote work arrangements may be considered.
